All submissions must follow carrier and corporate guidelines:

• CAA Tenants package must be approved by Anna or Debbie
• Northbridge risks must be approved by Anna or Debbie prior to quoting
• Aviva does not write tenants package without prior insurance
• Pembridge: tenants with current prior insurance – copy of current policy must be included in the submission. If proof of prior property insurance not available, must be rated as "no prior"
• Building values over $2.5M in regular market must be reviewed by Anna or Debbie
• VIP risks for Chubb, Aviva Ovation, Intact Prestige, Northbridge Onyx, Unica LivEasy must be pre-approved by Anna or Debbie
